This program contribute towards improved and sustainable living standard of Children under difficult situations and orphans and vulnerable children by facilitating access to basic needs that will positively impact their lives and provide a platform for voice and response.
Under this program ZAF:
Promotes partners with like-minded organizations in resource mobilization, advocacy and awareness creation on Children and OVC.
Supports Education and Skills Development for children.
Promotes Child Rights and Child Participation activities.
Facilitates formation of OVC and child support groups in our operation areas.
Mobilizes resources for the scholarship fund.
Attaches mentors to OVC.
Participate in child related international events and government policy forums.
Promotes economic empowerment for the OVC guardians and child-headed families.
